Return & refund policy

If there’s a problem with your order, we want to make it right. If you received a damaged or incorrect product you may return it within seven (7) days after arrival for a full refund or replacement. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at help@cellybirds.com as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the damaged products, and a description of what went wrong with your order. We never want our customers to have a bad experience, so we want to help you get it sorted right away.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received including any tags. It must also be in the original packaging. If more than fourteen (14) days have gone by since your goods have been delivered, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund of any kind.

Exchanges

Did you order the wrong size? We offer exchanges to make sure our customers have the size that best works for them. If you'd like to exchange your purchase for a different size, please reach out to us within seven days of receiving your order so that we can process your exchange. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and each exchange will be shipped at our flat rate of $7.99. 

If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at help@cellybirds.com within seven (7) days after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund.
