How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at help@cellybirds.com.

When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but is approximately 3-4 business days for orders placed in the U.S. We say it takes about a week for most order to arrive.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Ask your neighbors to see if the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at a neighbor’s, get in touch with us at help@cellybirds.com with your order number.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

Oh no! We stand by the quality of our goods and are so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at help@cellybirds.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll make things right!

What is your return policy?

If there’s a problem with your order, we want to make it right. If you received a damaged or incorrect product you may return it within seven (7) days after arrival for a full refund or replacement. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at help@cellybirds.com as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the damaged products, and a description of what went wrong with about your order. We never want our customers to have a bad experience, so we want to help you get it sorted right away.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

We wish we could offer exchanges for ordering the wrong size or color. We’re a very small start up, and all of our products are made on demand--they're not shipped to you from a warehouse. (So there is no warehouse to return them to.) For this reason, right now we don't offer exchanges. (Although we hope to soon!)

Instead, we want to make sure you order the right fit from the beginning. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at help@cellybirds.com within seven (7) days after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund.
