If there’s a problem with your order, we want to make it right. If you received a damaged or incorrect product you may return it within seven (7) days after arrival for a full refund or replacement. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at help@cellybirds.com as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the damaged products, and a description of what went wrong with your order.
